ELISA GIASMONDI-TUFANO, COO, MANAGER

Mrs. Tufano was born in to a long restaurant/hospitality history dating back to her family’s roots in Italy. The family, including uncles, cousins, and parents, have all operated prestigious, highly rated, restaurants in New York and Florida. As a child, and throughout her school years, Elisa worked in the family’s Boca Raton location where she developed

Her love for baking. After graduating from high school, she was accepted at the world renowned Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in Hyde Park, New York. In 1999, after graduating from the CIA, she enrolled at Florida International University, Miami, Florida where she completed her education and received a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality. In addition to her educational training, Elisa spent a summer at the world famous Villa D’Este on Lake Como, Italy honing her skills. After completing her education and internship, Elisa soon assumed the duties of Pastry Chef at Arturo’s Restaurant. It wasn’t long before the patrons were being treated to exotic and delicious European and American delights. Gelati, biscotti, Cannoli and a vast variety of cakes and chocolates were being consumed not only at the restaurant but also for special orders. Her name and reputation as an innovator soon became legend in South Florida. She   has been featured in several travel and leisure magazines. Not content to rest on her laurels, and always looking to be a trend setter and industry leader, she began making “limoncello” for family and friends. Although these products were a big success she was still looking to create new appealing products and so “Elisa’s Creamoncello™” was born. From the first test batches the response was outstanding. Soon other flavors were added and demand grew.

VINCENZO TUFANO, PRESIDENT, MANAGER

Mr. Tufano. Growing up close to the Amalfi Coast area has given  Mr. Tufano a vast knowledge of  the traditions and culture of the” Lemon Territory”. His family has always been close to the earth and has cultivated its lush lands to savor and enjoy many of its fruits.

Food isn’t the only love for Enzo.

Law and Litigation has always attracted him since he was a young boy. Completing his studies at “La Sapienza” in Rome, he received a degree in Law, he then went on to pass the Bar exam for Italy, making him a member of the “Association of Advocates”. After falling in love and marrying Elisa, Enzo moved to the U.S.A. and continued with his studies, obtaining a Master’s Degree in International Law from the University of Miami in Coral Gables. He is currently seeking bar acceptance in both Washington, DC and in the State of New York.

Although his first love will always be the Law, Enzo immensely enjoys the atmosphere revolving around great food and wine. Realizing what a great Liquore his wife was making, Enzo convinced Elisa to making more flavors with fresh ingredients in the old fashioned method. In the end, it was Enzo who inspired Elisa to create the line of Creamoncello.

Mr. Tufano, as the Company’s President will not only direct certain day to day operations, but will also insure that the Company is in compliance with local and governmental laws, lead efforts to obtain future Trademarks and Patents (Intellectual Property) and direct legal undertakings when the Company begins its expansion/licensing plan.

XAVIER T. “Sal” CHERCH, CEO, MANAGER

Mr. Cherch has a more than a 55 year career as an officer and director in both the public and private sectors. His experiences and successes include developing, initiating, and operating, both domestic and international companies in a variety of industries.

He holds or is responsible for many patents. He founded and was chief executive officer of Lancer Industries, Inc. (American Stock Exchange) where he developed a network of more than 350 licensees; National Early Warning Systems, Inc. (OTC) an electronics company which developed security systems for the United States Navy; International Fiberglass Industries, In. (OTC);Meter Maid, Inc. which manufactured electronic support devices; Taurus Investments, Ltd., which provided project capital in the Caribbean; Landa Financial Group, Inc. an investment and holding company; Corporate Consultants, Inc. which created and developed training and motivational programs for Ford Motor Company, Century 21 Realty and Barnett Bank and the Knoxville World’s Fair; Universal Fiberglass Industries, Inc.(OTC) which designed, manufactured and marketed specialty plastic products; Neptune Industries, Inc. (OTC) which produced and distributed farmed seafood; Creative Business Strategies, LLC, an organization which does market analysis, feasibility studies, business planning and corporate structuring; He founded Quest International, Inc. a public relations and promotional organization.

Mr. Cherch is the co-inventor of the patented Aqua-Sphere® which is used in the aquaculture industry and of Ento-Protein® an alternative protein used in animal feed and farming operations. He was invited to be a founding member of the UN Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) conference, held in Rome, Italy, to develop standards for the use and consumption of insects.

He has been invited to speak at industry related conferences and trade events in China, Thailand, Brazil, Vienna, Italy, The Netherlands, and in several cities in the United States. He has appeared or been featured in television programs including the Discovery Channel, National Geographic Explorer, the General Alexander Haig Business Review and in several trade publications.

He has worked with Economic Development Commissions in California, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida and Texas to obtain significant tax relief and other benefits for companies he has been affiliated with.

He is the author of “The Mental game of Selling”, “Time Management for the Salesman”, “The Officer Call Program”. Mr. Cherch has served his community in a number of appointed capacities including Planning & Zoning, Consumer Protection and Urban Development.

He attended Seton Hall University and Montclair College and holds a degree in Business Administration.
